When is the right time to book my wedding suppliers?

There’s never a wrong or right time to book your wedding suppliers. That being said, if you leave it too late you definitely risk missing out on the suppliers you actually wanted to book.

When planning your wedding always bare in mind that the majority of wedding suppliers get booked up 12-18 months in advance and weekends over the summer months book up first.

My advice is to secure your chosen supplier as soon as you’ve decided you want them to be a part of your wedding day. If their diary is open for your wedding year why would you play roulette on booking them? Your risk of missing out will be much greater.

2025 brides listen up. In summary, send over the security deposit and tick those suppliers off your to do list. It’s then one less thing to worry about.
